LANtek understands your EMR's success or failure depends on your deployment partner and strategy.  We are interested in successful implementations and long term relationship with the practices that give us their trust and commitment.  We will not install the software and point you to a website where you can watch videos of how to implement the software.  We will be side by side with you leading you and your practice in the right direction during the implementation process.
 
Comprehensive Services
Lantek's services are comprehensive.  We provide not only the application and installation support but the network, hardware, and managed IT services to host your MicroMD applications.  We can install a Server in your office or host MicroMD for you in our Data Center managed by our staff who will know who you are when you call.  You only need to make one call for all your needs and that call is to LANtek. 
 
Deployment and Support Methodology
The key to successful EMR implementations is practice content development. Few practices are willing to use content without their input, therefore the "out of the box" methodology is rarely adopted.
Through professional project management the LANtek team will work side by side with your staff to develop your content and work flow. Lantek will train you how to build content and begin the actual build side by side with you and your staff. Our approach will enable your practice to pick from existing content as well as custom develop practice specific content.

 

Approach
LANtek approaches the EMR as a tool designed to automate your content and workflow in order to deliver practice efficiencies and improve outcomes. With this understanding we realize practices need a partner that will do more than train you how to develop content. Lantek will develop specific on site project gates to ensure the system build is on schedule and properly structured.

We understand all practices have different needs so we offer different levels of deployment support.

The bottom line is Lantek does not believe "Train the Trainer" and "Out of the Box" are successful deployment strategies.  We deliver onsite build assistance for forms and encounters.

Our flexible deployment services allow the practice to change deployment levels at anytime during the implementation process. After a successful go-live LANtek partners are moved to full time support.
